In my experience, there is no objectivity and justice in Landau. Only wrong judgments. The judges are completely biased. Most of you have to reject because of bias. I just want to know on which page this Julia Schreiner stands. 5 stars for an institution of injustice ???
I was a witness myself in a case and wanted to testify. The judge tried to accuse the alleged defendant with verbal compulsion. In addition, he has considered two cases as a case and labeled him as a fraudster. How the accused is? Work lost due to entry, bankruptcy and mentally finished. With what did he earn that? He sold his car and his apartment. The case will soon be published in the Bildzeitung. There has to be a stop for subjective opinions!
Unfortunately, I also noticed the public incident of the throat action of a wife to the husband. The judge has only on "guess" the husband to a hefty fine. The accused was scared an even higher fine, so he suffered a nervous crisis in the hall. He was forced to accept a charge for fear of being punished. The evidence from him was not listened to / viewed. Now he has lost his job because of the wrong entry and is financially ruined so he even had to spend days hungry. Whether the judge can really live with a good conscience with it?
I'm so sorry for the Lord, most recently I've heard that he wants to take his life because of the case. The ex-wife allegedly rejoices when he no longer exists, because according to their traditions, a marriage should either end in the grave or not at all.
