Ive purchased 4 bikes at various Cube stores since Covid began(due to availability). I had a great experience at Cube Straubing. Klaus was very helpful finding a bike that I had looked all over Germany to purchase. Communication and delivery was prompt and thorough. Highly recommend this store.

I have been trying to reach someone by phone for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately it never works! someone answered, no matter what time you call. When I was in the shop there was no customer in the shop except me, but an incoming call was simply not accepted. The argument that this is due to the high number of customers and advice is plausible, but I was unable to observe it. It's a shame, because good customer service also includes after-sales support in addition to sales, and I imagine that to be different. Unfortunately, I only felt that I was being treated kindly in the sales talk, but afterwards.
Very good support, professional service! The employees, both in sales and in service, were absolutely convincing, so we immediately took the new bike with us. We will come again in the future.
We drove from Erlangen to Straubing to pick up our new Cube bikes. Advice on site in December was great. Ms. Lang advised us very competently and competently. We immediately found the right models (Cube Stereo Race 29 inch and Cube Stereo 150 TM 29 inch) for us. After ordering on site, we were able to pick it up on schedule today. The technical support should not go unmentioned either. The fork and damper of both wheels were adjusted to our weight. We also learned that there is probably a cube store in Erlangen 🤣
The Corona rules were implemented very well. The wait was also very entertaining.
