Super competent service when it comes to bikes. Bought a bike here for the youngsters. The advice was great, friendly, detailed and very competent. Even after the purchase, you will be supported here with advice and action. Here you can also get everything you need in terms of accessories for your bike. If you are looking for a new bike, you should definitely stop by here first.

We have been customers for decades and have made all new acquisitions as well as the workshop service here. But unfortunately I am now anything but satisfied. According to the workshop, my old bike was no longer sensible to repair. So buy a new bike. But if you don't want an eBike for several thousand euros, you can no longer expect advice. My new bike for "only" € 700 broke the first time after just over 3 months. You get an appointment for the repair after 3 weeks. Then you have to wait another week until you can pick up the bike again. The one star in the rating is still too much. What a shame about what was once a good deal. After my negative review, the staff tried very hard. I was able to bring my bike over immediately and it was thoroughly checked. So again 4 stars.

I didn't buy my e-bike from Radhaus Lang (unfortunately !!) and came without an appointment to have customer service carried out. My bike was accepted immediately and was ready the same day in the evening, which was communicated to me via SMS. All employees were very friendly and competent, and it was a pleasure to drive home with the repaired bike. To recommend without compromising!

We bought our two e-bikes from Fahrrad Lang last month and can only say positive things about them. Friendly service, great advice and all of the staff were very helpful. My husband and I are very happy with the two bikes. Thumbs up :)
