We bought a trekking bike for my mother - and we are completely satisfied! Although our ideas were very special in terms of frame and tires, we were very nice and above all. competent advice and even had several models to choose from, which had never been the case before! The nice gentleman immediately understood what we wanted and immediately knew what he could offer us! And although we had already chosen what we wanted to buy in the online shop, he advised us and convinced us of a dtl. better and at the same time cheaper bike! Really great!

I can only report good things. Both from sales and from the workshop. I bought two e-bike MTBs in 2020, from Bulls and from Stadler, and received friendly and professional advice. Both in the store and on the phone during the December lockdown. So far, all of my questions have been answered and problems (a Bulls e-bike had problems with the display). Very fast! Also, as promised, I was always called back (on the phone) and I was informed about the status of my order. I can't really say anything bad except that the central company hotline was not available from July to November, which hopefully has now been fixed. That is why I can recommend when making a purchase to check online and see what you want and then contact the local branch to see if the goods are in stock.

Today I lost a screw and nut on the swing arm that you can't find in the hardware store and none of the bike shops nearby had in stock. The helpful employee from the parts department at Stadler didn't have this special screw in stock either, but found the right spare parts for a defective bike and screwed them out for me. Thank you for saving my vacation. You didn't want to take money. For that you like to feed the tip pig.
