Very pricey about 50% above net prices
One star is actually already too many ...
Called and inquired about replacing a defective rear derailleur, named the type of bike, rode the bike there, only to get the message from the boss that he would not accept Yamaha motors because he would be under warranty as soon as he got there. When I asked what a rear derailleur has to do with a motor, I was not given an answer. Couldn't that have been clarified over the phone ?!

Courteous and friendly. Good selection of bicycles. Competent workshop. Attention: the workshop is busy at the bike season. Perhaps better to plan predictable customer services for autumn and winter? Call for repairs and make an appointment. The experienced screwdriver can also buy spare parts here.
We have already purchased several bikes and accessories / clothing here. If we needed advice, the staff was immediately competent. Even tight service appointments work.
I've been looking for a good bike shop for a long time - finally I found it. I can only recommend 2 Rad Müller. I won't go anywhere else. Despite all the stress that the millers have, you always stay friendly and do your best. I'm super happy. Thumbs up to you and a very special thank you 😊
