Hello Hs Manuel Dapp,
I stopped by to readjust the gears. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that I was being taken seriously. That's not how you treat customers.
You also talked with your back to me, which is very disrespectful.
In order to survive this tragedy as best as possible, I first had to shoot 2 plates of Sucuklu Yumurta with a non-working gear shift. This didn't bring me down. For this reason I am writing a Google review.

Wanted to get my bike centered and stressed that I would like to pay a little more but get a good result.
My comment on the maximum permitted spoke tension according to the manufacturer was commented as follows:
"We do it the way we think [...]"
