Requested to hold bike a few days while I get money said no problem went back 2 days later They sold my bike

After we received a recommendation for the Bella Bici, we brought our son's bike there on September 22nd, 2020. He had broken his rear derailleur. After an employee's first assessment, we were told that such a rear derailleur would only be available 2 weeks after the order was placed. We said we'd see if we could get it faster and get in touch. Since this was not the case, we called another member of staff and asked to order the part. We were also informed about the company vacation which should last until October 24th, 2020. After that, the bike would be ready for collection after 2-3 days. Yesterday, November 4th, 2020 we were informed again that you had delivery problems and that the part in question was still not there. So with all dear and patience, but that just doesn't work. We have been waiting for 6 weeks now! We have neither received an apology nor a concession. The employees seem to be totally overwhelmed and lose track of new jobs and orders. Unfortunately, after great expectation, it was very disappointed.

Last Saturday we wanted to start the 9-day bike tour from Bad Dürkheim. When shifting down, however, the shift bowden cable jumped again and again from the holder on the hub gear (Alfine 8). Something must have happened when you changed the tires. We tinkered and tried a lot, but even though the gears looked intact, the Bowden cable kept jumping out. Of course, only with the first gear was a bike tour out of the question. After describing the problem on the phone, Bella Bici agreed to look at it half an hour before closing time. It turned out that a tiny tooth had broken off and a spare part was needed, but it wasn't exactly in stock. I was looking for a rental shop and a hotel in the area. Thank God that was not necessary as Bella Bici somehow managed to do it with part of Alfine 11. After the repair has lasted the 600km tour, I would like to thank you for your overtime. I thought it was great that you saved our bike tour in the Black Forest!
