Cycling shop bike Inh. Andreas Löcher

Gave them my wheels to tighten the spokes and true the wheels on Saturday and told them that I'd pick them up a week later. Asked for a price and they told me that it depends on how long it takes since it's based on time. Stopped by in Friday afternoon to see if they were done, since I had the day off. They showed me that the wheels still hadn't been touched, then called me about an hour later to tell me that I needed a new tire. I have the strange feeling that if I hadn't stopped by they wouldn't have been ready for pickup on Saturday. Also they charged me 24.50€ for both wheels, and I found a bicycle shop in Berlin that charges 6€ a wheel! Needless to say, I'm not impressed. I'm only giving them 2 stars because they actually trued the wheels and have driven me into finally learning to do this myself, since it's about the only thing that I can't do on a bicycle. It would've been 1 star if they hadn't been trued correctly. Needless to say I'm going to find another bicycle store for anything else in the future. Definitely not a fan!

I had asked two or three times by phone for various parts and tools. Until now everything was always in stock and at fair prices. Friendly advice and a good range. If possible, I refrain from buying online and would be happy to drop by here on site. Please continue.

Good advice. However, sometimes you have to bring a little time and patience.
