Hello everybody I brought my bike over to him and told him what was defective. My set bearing rear hub what was he doing there are no bearings pulling my thru axle above the prescribed torque Although there are bearings for it MY gear shift was set worse after the (INSPECTION) than before all sau - I WOULD give 5 stars but unfortunately I have to give one to do the job (I have 30 years of bike experience and I wanted to have it done by an alleged professional) under all sau sorry had to come out in the addendum, it also has my chain guard FOIL SO DAMAGED THAT I WAS GLAD TO HAVE IT ASSEMBLED I HAVE NOT DONE IT YET, BUT LOOKS SOON AS ON THE PAINT ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED NO INVOICE WHAT WAS DONE NONE PAY TAKE YOUR SCRAP WITH YOU

Bicycle (already 20 years old) returned with a broken chain, € 30, normal price. Picked up the next day, the front tire was flat, which was definitely not the case the day before. I was asked if he should fix this, to which I answered yes, as I assumed a concession. Unfortunately full price was charged, although a goodwill would have been correct. The hose was torn at the valve, but not in a way that it couldn't have been done manually. A shame, but been there for the first and last time!

Fair prices and have only had good experiences here so far. Has been there for several reasons so far. 1.) New drive racing bike. Shifting adjustment, changing cassette and large front sprocket. All for a great price. The result was well above what I could have done myself ... friendly advice on that. 2.) new saddle racing bike. The old one was broken after a fall. Has measured the sit bone distance and ordered a new one accordingly. The saddle was then installed and positioned on my body. Since then no more back problems 3.) Dynamo trekking bike. Bugs found and fixed. Always my pleasure.

Unfortunately, the employee behaved very unprofessionally by quoting a different price in the consultation than was actually charged. Unfortunately, that was almost twice as much. In the consultation, he simply left a few costs unmentioned, but then only smiled at me when I asked, as if I should have known. I felt very fooled afterwards. It wasn't a complicated procedure, so there were no unpredictable additional costs. I find such behavior impossible and would therefore advise against supporting this business.
