About 100 meters away from the Geiersbrunnen and 300 meters from the Bismarck Tower ... you can walk a small side path on the connecting hiking trail down to this small rock formation. Some caution is advised in the colder months, as wet leaves or slippery stone steps can make a fall possible. There are no railings. Once at the bottom ... you can look for and find some protection in rainy weather. You should have the little detour on your plan. The idyll on beautiful sunny days is very peaceful and relaxing. There are no rest benches there. Just a low 'table' made of rock. It is annoying that some contemporaries misuse this space as an open-air toilet. It doesn't have to be.
