Rented an E-Bike in size 50, but only received size 46, so I didn’t get what I paid for. The bikes make strange and annoying creaking noises, but the performance is otherwise okay. However, the bikes do not come with the necessary kit for fixing punctured tires and the rear tires didn’t have a quick release, so even if you get a puncture you won’t be able to replace the inner tube without specialist tools. After my friend’s tire got a puncture in the middle of nowhere, Trimpe refused to offer us a solution or advice...worst bike tour ever. Very poor service all around and a lot of the staff just don’t seem to care. Won’t be renting from them again.

Great rental service

I was delighted when they offered me today to fix the problem with my disc brake immediately. After the information in front of the workshop that at the moment only bikes that were purchased from Trimpe are accepted for repair, I saw myself at the screwdriver. After 10 minutes, the rattling fender was also attached. Cost: I can feed the pig at the cash register! That's what I call service!

It started with the fact that we didn't get the bikes we ordered. When we had a flat tire on the way, we were only offered a pick-up service when we asked several times. Since we had rented the bikes the following day, we asked for a replacement bike, which we answered in the negative. So we were left alone with our flat bike. It's good that we happened to have a hose with us. At Trimpe, nobody was interested in the fact that we would change ourselves, but we were missing a tool. Even after an hour there was no call that the pickup service was on the way. So we changed the hose with the help of a resident. This was the only way we could continue our bike tour on the same and the following day. All around bad service and unfriendly staff. Not recommendable!
