Service not available, long waiting time without attention from someone who said where to wait or that you were observed, although said person passed us several times. Price 20 € ok but 20 € too much for what was done on the bike because nothing felt. Front wheel still locked, which is probably related to the disc brake.

Didn't want to recognize an engine failure in the course of the guarantee period on my mother-in-law's e-bike, despite several indications from us. Now we have to deal directly with Kalkhoff and hope for goodwill. Proof of purchase and receipts on slip sheets, the service booklet is not stamped .... etc. Really very dubious

This bike shop has been around for as long as I can remember, previously on Schafstrasse, now for decades on Edenkobener Strasse. Every bike that I bought comes from there and I was always super satisfied, my whole family buys their bikes there. Yesterday I got my first e bike bought and was given competent and friendly advice by the owner. I'm looking forward to picking up my bike tomorrow.
