I needed an unusual size front wheel. While two other bicycle dealers did not respond to my email inquiry at all, the answer came within a few minutes.
After ordering, the bike was delivered as quickly as possible and even the rim tape that was ordered was already pre-assembled.
I have seldom experienced so much service and speed.
Absolutely great advice, I was advised with a lot of specialist knowledge. The workshop service is also very competent and top-priced. Highly recommended!!!
Beware, Fahrrad Richter offers goods for sale and then cannot deliver. The amount will not be refunded either, the money is gone. I am deeply disappointed, cannot grasp such ………… business conduct. Feel betrayed
Fahrrad Richter is not responsible for the fact that a spare part (€ 87) was lost in the event of a transport damage that was immediately recognized by DPD.
But how it was dealt with is outrageous, they just wanted to sit it out. They did not respond to several emails and two calls. Only when I set a deadline and threatened a lawyer did I get the purchase price refunded after five weeks 'without a word'.
However, this does not solve my spare parts problem.
