Everything is going too slow ... for weeks nobody has been on the phone ... I have been waiting for an important decision for two months - before that I had to wait two months before further documents were requested. Is there work at all? At least someone could answer the phone! If everyone goes there personally, they still have more work to do. One should understand that!
