Maybe the judges should take another look at our fundamental rights. Of course, freedom of assembly is a valuable asset that is worth protecting. But the right to life and physical integrity probably weighs much more heavily in a direct confrontation of values. A simple thought experiment: Variant 1: Can someone (for a while!) Only meet under strict conditions or if they are disregarded for a short time and still live? Works right? Variant 2: Can someone who has died of an illness still gather together? I think then all requirements are superfluous ... So as important as it is to be able to demonstrate: people who are not ready to respect the fundamental rights of others want to demand these rights for themselves! Given that the consequences of today's demonstration can be clearly foreseen, the OVG itself issued a certificate of poverty. It is to be hoped that there will be judges who are capable of criticism and, above all, capable of learning, who may weigh up the fundamental rights a little more thoroughly in the next decision. A decision by the Federal Constitutional Court would have been interesting ...

What kind of judges are sitting there, far from reality. Already at the demo on August 1st, at the pre-demo on August 28th and further demos you could see that the movement lateral thinking 711 and similar have absolutely no interest in wearing masks or maintaining a minimum distance. And we will also today, on August 29th. see they won't. There have already been massive calls on the Internet to disregard the rules. What about my right under Article 2 Paragraph 2 of the Basic Law? Do I have to lock myself up at home now because others are deliberately not complying with infection protection laws? Freedom of expression - yes. Right to demonstrate - yes. But please not at the expense of the health and life of others!

Many thanks to our incompetent judges at the Higher Administrative Court who play with OUR life and OUR health! You can currently see in Berlin how the demonstrators neither keep a minimum distance nor wear masks and disrupt the police announcements with whistling concerts. Thank you for NOTHING @ovg_berlin

I can save my flight to Brazil with you who are incapable of throwing up crutches!

What sick decisions on the back of the citizens. Values are increasing every day and here decisions are made regardless of the health of the citizens.
