They are all nice and do their best to help you. They also have a large selection and also order something if you can't find the right one in the store. They are very courteous and always inform you about all relevant things that affect the product.

Yes, I am aware that the business has primarily become a dealer and not a workshop - it was different. But since they were a Specialized dealer for years, I went there with (dismantled !! rear wheel of a Specialized) to ask for advice or possibly even help. I also accepted for longer waiting times and lower prioritization as a buying customer. Unfortunately I got very grumpy immediately after the question "did you buy your bike from us?" and "we no longer make Specialized" immediately rejected. The fact that it was a DT Swiss hub was not even considered. In contrast to the owner's comments on other reviews, there was no tip among cyclists or something like: "hey sorry, but give it a try here ..." I was already expecting some solution. I'm actually an advocate of the Local Bike Shop and the community, unfortunately this doesn't apply to me much here. Of course, the freedom to do business lies with the owner. However, if everyone acts like this, you can't have your "older darling" serviced / repaired anywhere ... a sad development. PS: I have been a customer there for a long time, unfortunately not for complete bikes, because the offer was not available, but for various components. Customers are not all the same. Then there is only one alternative or screw yourself.
