Bikes returned before the holiday and, as agreed, returned in top condition and cleaned after the holiday. Run perfectly again!

I can only say positive things - unfortunately I have had problems with my bikes several times recently and the service went great and quickly every time. The bike was fetched, quickly repaired and brought back to me - I am very satisfied and will definitely remain a customer!
Was there again after years. There was such a nice atmosphere there, thanks to the old team, but the lady who is now in charge of sales there is just unfriendly and should rather work in the office without customer contact.
Rude and ironic.
After I asked how expensive the repair would cost .. I was told to buy a monthly bus ticket which might be cheaper.
The gentleman apparently lives according to the motto "if the call is only ruined, it lives unabashedly" ..
