A cost estimate is requested and it is urgently pointed out that nothing may be done beforehand. After several days no response and called myself. Then a price was given for the wrong parts and this was rejected (several times !!!) and asked for a cost estimate for the correct parts. The next day I got a call that my bike was ready ... The wrong parts were exchanged and my request for a cost estimate was completely ignored. Supposedly I would have agreed to the price, which I guaranteed not to. When I confronted the owner with it, he was rude / unfriendly and didn't even see that he had done something wrong. For him, it's simply the customer's fault. My only mistake was that despite previous minor problems I went back to this store anyway. So from now on to tail wind. They're not always friendly either, but they are all the more competent and reliable.
Very unfriendly and obviously not in the mood for new customers. Shortening the chain on a bicycle should be a manageable job and therefore also to be classified in terms of price ... Waiting time / appointment in 11 days and costs not manageable in advance! 😅 thank you very much ....
