We have already bought various bicycles from Mr. Watzke (balance bike, children's and adult bikes). The advice, support and service were always top. Nice that there is still such a specialty shop in Uerdingen

So I've been to Watzke several times, and that with a used and not bought bike. Mostly because of broken tubes. I was always helped immediately, and my questions were always answered to my satisfaction. In addition, I was always offered even after buying the hose, should my pump not work, to have a look there again to use the pump there. 👍👍👍 In the meantime I do the changing of the hose myself, but I also had it done there. Delivered in the morning, picked up in the afternoon. The only thing I would like to have would be a shop that is already open at 10:00 a.m. because I need a new hose 🙈 Ergo see you later

I bought my Dutch bike there 1 1/2 years ago. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to test it, which was a pity and not very customer friendly. When driving I realized that between the 2nd and 3rd gear no difference was felt. When I asked for repairs in this regard, the owner drove the bike sample and then told me that you could not help it. Some gears are just like that. I thought it was funny because my previous wheels always had a great gearshift. Since I am not a professional, I have accepted the answer and lived with it. A friendly passionate cyclist took a look at my bike today and fixed the problem in 3 minutes, because in fact something was wrong. And last but not least: when you come to the store, you feel like you're unwanted. A bit friendlier and not so arrogant would be desirable features.

Small, cozy bike shop where the clocks don't tick higher, faster, further. After a long and competent consultation I bought my eBike here. I never felt like I was being pushed or talked about. The bike itself is absolutely great and I would buy it again exactly here and at any time.

At the weekend my chain broke on a mountain bike tour. Since I live in Uerdingen, the way was not far. Nice service and my MB was already fit in an hour. Price - performance absolutely good. Thank you - keep it up!
