I'm come from Taiwan, the last month I was in business trip to Germany, and contact with them to keep my favorite bike, When I was there, it was a very professional store and good services.They help me to finish the VAT refund and get my bike. I very recommend to them if your coming from Asia, 100% credibility and good services, of course with good prices.
Totally disappointed. Rudeness was part of the package, and a lack of support when I needed it. There are surely other places selling high end bikes that understand that makes you a high end customer. Go there.
