Never again a Sprick Cycle bike from Rehberg, bought through Toom, after 2 months and only about 50 km it starts to fall apart, a wrong chain was mounted that was not at all compatible with the gears and then of course cracked , The plastic cover of the front gears fell off while driving, the setting of the 21-speed Shimano gearshift was a disaster when I bought it, the biggest scrap from the factory since Sprick Cycle has rejected the repair costs of a third-party workshop and has referred me to their repair service, who probably also botched it, I had it repaired at my own expense in a workshop of my choice that also understands something 45 € repair costs !!!

Never buy a bike from them ... Material defects are not accepted. Technician takes 50 euros an hour 🤣 After 5 months the chain has broken off, gear shifting is a disaster, 10 spokes are defective ... 35 euros repair ...

I have only had positive experiences! Very friendly advice! Our whole family has the bicycles from here also our children. Everyone is very satisfied! For any upgrades and upgrades, we were supported competently and helpful! Only to be recommended!
