Small work (e.g. screwing the saddle tight with the Newtonmeter key) was carried out without an appointment as a gesture of goodwill, since I bought something on site anyway. Instead of endless discussions about who is to blame, a problem is resolved quickly and competently.
The first inspection went really well and got the most out of my mountain bike. In addition, the employees are personable, enthusiastic and also extremely competent. There was excellent advice both by phone and on site.
