Very good service! He was the first to respond to my request and immediately the only one ready to convert the bike according to my wishes, which was also very successful. The fact that the bulky bike was then delivered to me over 30 km free of charge was the highlight of the very friendly and competent service anyway. I can absolutely recommend Mr. Kraus.
