The Kleins offer great service. Only some temporal things did not work out optimally for me. Everyone is very friendly, you just have to understand the way they are and come to terms with that is my opinion. Overall, the shop is really recommended. I'm very satisfied.

Top store! Top team! Top service! I have now bought the 6th bike here and I will not go anywhere else. The bikes, accessories and clothing are first class and the prices are absolutely fair and reasonable. If I read through some reviews here, I honestly feel sick. I've seen it very often myself that customers come into the store, act like Count Koks and then think that the whole world should turn to them. Customers who come into the store with clothes / accessories that are in a condition that would make me ashamed to show the items in public in private and then seriously request an exchange. This is really a hit. Some people should feel ashamed and think about their own social skills instead of getting upset about others and writing bad reviews just because something didn't go the way they'd like it to. The service workshop is one of the best and most knowledgeable I know and the sales team is extremely competent, regardless of whether it is the clothing department or the bike / accessories department. Cycle Klein, keep it up. It's not for nothing that you've been there and in business for so long .... 👍 Addendum: I just have my 7th! Bike picked up. Everything went very quickly and all my wishes were met to my fullest satisfaction and implemented perfectly. I have also had a lot of fun with the entire Klein family every time I visit the shop, and I like to stop by there every now and then just to have a little talk.

Best shop in and around Hagen! I bought my first brand bike there in 1999. Before that, of course, look in other shops and get advice. Then I noticed the difference. Martin didn't just want to turn my bike on. He took a lot of time, explained the technology, the differences in price ranges, etc. Since then, I have bought several bikes there. You might get the bike somewhere else, but not the service that the Klein family offers. I can't say anything negative. You should just go there and see for yourself what I'm talking about. It always means: how to call into the forest, switch it out or something like that. I don't live in Hagen now, I still bring my bike there for maintenance and will only buy my bikes there in the future!
