This year we bought two e-mtb‘s in the bike store in Hagen. After a long search in several bike shops in the area, we found a dealer in the Hagen bike store who took the time for us. The advice was great and the selection ideal. Thomas did a very good job here and gave us competent advice! Very recommendable!

Since the demand for e-bikes is very high, the shop is usually very full and you may have to wait a few minutes. But the advice is great, you can test drive various types of bikes, you are measured and all questions are answered openly and honestly. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The bad reviews only come from people who come to the store, simply burst into consultations that have already been held and then get annoyed when they have to wait a few minutes. No online bikes are repaired here either, but the information is friendly and explanatory. Not as unwelcoming as nearby bike shops. It's not for nothing that there's always a lot going on here. Word gets around about quality and the store has no influence on the current delivery problems during the Corona period. We also have to wait a few more weeks for our bikes, but we have exactly what we need and we will certainly get questions answered after the purchase.

I only had contact by phone or email. All the employees I dealt with were very nice and reliable. I didn't buy a bike, but it wasn't because of the bike store and its employees, but because I found a suitable bike near me.

Hello my dears. I picked up my Riese & Müller bike today. I ordered it 3 weeks ago and was immediately enthusiastic about the advice. I didn't feel that I was in good hands in other shops, but very well in the Bike-Store-Hagen. Both Martina and Thomas, who ultimately sold me the bike, were great. You have tried so hard to find the right bike for me. The pickup today was also really great. The boss is also a top guy with great expertise. I've seen that in other consultations and test drives. The music store also made an excellent impression on me. All in all, buy your bike there. Many thanks to the great team. Marcus :)

Not to be surpassed in arrogance. The first time I thought "maybe they just had a bad day" but the second time I was more than a year apart - the same indifferent approach. The customer doesn't seem to be necessary here
