Very nice staff. In my case, a screw for the crank came loose and the right one was immediately fetched and installed in the workshop.
Looking for an e-bike. Waited 20 minutes. No advice despite demand.
Not too much choice of accessories. We were looking for saddlebags, SPD shoes, helmets and padded pants. Too little staff that was busy with too many customers and therefore a long wait. Friendly but rather insufficient advice. In the end we found a few saddlebags. I will definitely not go there again.
I feel very well cared for at B.O.C Hagen. All agreements and appointments were kept and the maintenance process runs smoothly. Very positive that bicycles from external companies are also serviced and customers are properly looked after. Friendly staff. Overall, an all-round positive overall impression!
Nice big shop, and an absolutely super good workshop / service. Professionally top and extremely friendly and hard-working. +1 regular customer.
Update October 2020: again perfect customer service in the workshop.
