Two huge water bassins used for cooling. Now, rust and waterplants are slowly taking over. Maybe put some waterlilies in the bassins, and let wildlife also get in there.
I don't mean the cooling plant directly but the whole part around blast furnace 5. The lighting here is really on the lowest flame. 👎 Typical for Duisburg. With proper software, you can even make a minimalist wow. 😉

Very interesting place😍
Very nice museum. The old rolling mill turned into an open museum. There is a beautiful park in the circle. From the upper part of the stove, there is a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and in the distance you can see the surrounding cities. For children there is a playground and climbing rocks. A very nice seat reservation for an afternoon walk
A museum, as it is not stated. But it's nice we keep the past a bit and get connected with modern ones.
