Bike maintenance done one full day quicker than expected
Great repair service at a very reasonable price.
With the best will in the world, I cannot understand the previous rating! Please do not put the frustration of bad internet purchases on the back of regional dealers. Very friendly and expert advice and great price / performance. Have already bought some bikes and accessories here and have always ridden them great. Certainly no other customer will be thrown out of business here! The service here is exemplary. Keep it up !!
Threw me out of the shop after I didn't buy my bike from him after I wanted it to be repaired by him. I was a bit amazed because I was actually quite satisfied by then. I have now found a much friendlier local bike dealer.
Mr. Prandl offers very good customer service! While the "leading" Munich CUBE dealer, from whom I had already bought several bikes, insisted on a lead time of 3 months (!) For a repair appointment for a complaint repair, Mr. Prandl ordered the spare part immediately and took care of it within 2 Days of installation. And this, although the bike was not bought from him and the contact was only made through a short email correspondence. This is how customer service works !! Gladly again! In the future, I will gladly accept the half-hour journey from Munich!
