I bought 2 bicycles in my "home town Dülken" and was disappointed across the board.
I could write now without end but who reads this.
Difference now.
To be brief:
Personnel: Unique in a positive sense, "originals", friendly working atmosphere
-Optically a nice shop
-Selection: quality not quantity
-Good advice but not intrusive (friendly interaction what I like)
-Price performance ratio is right
I can't say good about the service yet, but I will soon

My e-bike had a defect in the rear hub. The dealer I bought it from promised me a repair in two months (!). Unacceptable!
At Leovelo, the defect was rectified within two days (!) - exemplary! Then I asked for advice on a new handlebar, also the top one.
Conclusion: very recommendable!
Very good advice, absolutely recommendable.
I brought my ebike there for inspection. At first I thought it would be quick and cheap. But after a week I had to find out how sloppy they work there. When I arrived in Kempen I wanted to lock my ebike to a lantern because I raised the bike to position it well because the rear wheel fell out well that it didn't happen where I was fast. This store will never get a bike again.
