Update 15.12.2020 Stella bike NL was Sendung me a message that they are unhappy about what is happen with the contact. So habe Thema my telephone number. Then stella bike Germany was calling me and was saying I'm not a customer from them ...mmits even more worse....and that they cannot find me in their computer, of course I'm not a customer from Stella bike, because you didn't have me a chance to test your bikes... I really believe that Stella NL is treating their customer better and much more friendly then Stella Germany Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars for Stella Germany have never seen such a bad service, even not in other areas. Appointment were scheduled and I took a day off to be at home to test a bike. 2 days before stella bike cancelled the appointment without any reason. Afterwards I ask for a printed catalogue ....the answer was: not possible....I do not understand how this company can alive.....for me 1 star is to much

I bought 2 e-bikes as far as everything is in order, only when you have a problem and want to reach someone you are completely on the tube. Contact is only possible via an online form and then you wait until someone finally gets in touch, that's not possible because I need a contact person immediately so that I can be helped. Maybe you will think again about restoring the old state.

Some very friendly advice. One drawback, however, is the fact that an employee is absolutely incompetent because he doesn't even know the difference between e-bike and pedelec and just tells some stupid story. Stella actually only offers pedelecs. The bikes, however, are of good quality. Have owned one for 2 years, absolutely satisfied.

This is the 3rd time we are purchasing an e-bike from Stella Rad. That speaks for itself: 1. We were satisfied with the quality of the wheels 2. Always prompt service and unproblematic guarantee, if necessary 3. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer support. Keep it up!

Sales discussions are not conducted in the sales room without the public being closed so that other customers can follow the conversation. Failed financing should not be owned by other customers because it could be uncomfortable for the customer. During my visit, I could hear a conversation like this all over the store. It still worked on the second attempt that made me happy - but none of my business. What shoud that? Do you have no sensitivity?
