Fast delivery, competent advice and swift reimbursement of the purchase price when the goods are returned. Did not keep the battery because it was defective on the bike and a repair would not have been worth it.

My battery was defective after just 2 hours of charging. Got the impression that they don't have much plan at repairs or they wouldn't give out such bad work until you test properly! There are much better ones out there. Time and money were wasted here.
Great team and always close to the customer
Very friendly staff on the phone, which does not help if the battery supplied only works temporarily. Error still exists. Hence the PURCHASE PRICE a donation to the manufacturer. ORGINAL battery from Bosch more expensive but it works. If you want to save, you buy twice and pay twice.
We were really on the verge of desperation ... The guys helped! Uncomplicated, super nice and absolutely competent! Thank you so much!
