Hello , A week ago I bought a Kathmandu one with a Bosch 625 battery there. First of all, I have to say, I've been very happy with the bike itself so far. However, I have to note that each bike is sold in stores with a Campact Charger for up to 8000 euros (designation 2A). This charger takes 9.5 hours to fully charge the battery. The standard charger, which takes 4.9 hours, was NOT offered to me as an option by any of the sellers on site. It was only through my own research that I became aware of the other chargers. In addition, I was informed on site that NO bike would be fully charged before it was sold to the customer (which is standard in EVERY other bike shop) because the power consumption would supposedly be too expensive & the shop would then have to have several own chargers (you are a bike shop - who else if not you!?). If that weren't all enough, I have to say that the non-existent customer service (there were 9 calls and nobody went there) also interfered in the tone ("there is no discussion here" about exchanging the charger). Now I had to pay a surcharge for the standard 4A charger (retail price around 90 euros / 149 euros on site instead of online). I would recommend everyone to ask for at least one standard charger when buying.
