Attention attention I also cannot understand the positive reviews, my bike was at Fahrrad Hösch for 3 months. A cost estimate should be prepared that can be submitted to the insurance company. Since this has not happened to this day, I picked up the bike today. Absolutely not to be recommended !!!!!!!

Everything tip top, immediate help, every repair completed faster and better than previously discussed, that's how it has to be!

In contrast to other bike shops in Herzogenaurach, the help was very quick, competent and friendly and the necessary repairs were carried out professionally. The whole thing at a very good and fair price! Next time I will be happy to come back and say thank you again !!

Unfortunately, I cannot understand the positive reviews given here in any way. A long time ago we had given a bike there for repair. The chain and the front sprocket should be changed here. Pick-up was arranged for four days later. Unfortunately, up until then only the chain had been changed, as the front sprocket had not yet been delivered. So we tried again about a week later. In the meantime, the ordered and delivered sprocket was installed in another bicycle "as an emergency". I beg your pardon? We took the bike back with us and agreed to call Mr. Hösch as soon as the missing part was delivered again. After another two weeks, my son (15 years old) was put off again. "Due to the current situation (Corona), there are delivery problems on the part of the supplier." Since we still had no information a week later, I visited Fahrrad Hösch myself and asked. Again, delivery problems were the problem. At this point in time, we were waiting almost 4 weeks for the bike to be repaired. To this day, approx. 4.5 months after the order was placed, we have still not received any information from Fahrrad Hösch or Mr. Hösch himself. It goes without saying that we have taken care of the repair of the bike at another dealer in the meantime. Everything was done within one working day. When we picked it up, we were told that the chain had been exchanged because it was already worn out. When I said that the chain had only been replaced about 4 months ago, they could explain to me plausibly and prove that this cannot be true. Instead of a bicycle that was half repaired, as had been assumed until then, we had received no service at all from Mr. Hösch. Apart from a personal visit to Mr. Hösch soon to confront the facts described above, this will unfortunately be our last visit. I am happy to support new local companies. Unfortunately not under these circumstances.
