I've been waiting for an appointment since March

You can never reach anyone. In the mediation you are only fooled, you should just try it every minute. The judicial officers switch the phone to 8 a.m. and it stays there until 12 a.m. I did this test myself and my experience is based on a quarterly long-term test with about 50 telephone attempts. Even lawyers are powerless and can only get to the respective employee in writing. I also wrote a written complaint and sent it by post.
I am allowed to pay a penalty for mistakes made by this public prosecutor, this public prosecutor and the district court whose employees have a problem, namely professional employees. You try to make excuses in which you cannot see your own mistakes, which is sad enough.
