Not helpful. Extremely dissatisfied. Recommended wheel loop flattened twice within 3 months, although I asked several times whether they are safe on Halle streets. Also took full amount for tire repairs.
Unfriendly. If the customer is ticked off, there is neither a goodbye nor bye. Not even eye contact when you say goodbye and that was the second time. Everyone has a bad day, but then you shouldn't let your customers get away with their private anger. Again I won't let myself be treated like this. Went without an appointment, but is it worth it? Only in emergency.
I had an acute problem and drove quickly. The friendly team was able to help me immediately and after a short stroll through the shop my bike was ready to ride again and I was happy again.
