I read the review but still decided to give it try. I was surprised. Customer service was great. And I receive the goods on time as indicated.
Disaster - order elsewhere if you want to receive your goods promptly.
Unfortunately I can only confirm all negative reports. The goods came after a total of 4 weeks with a two-week delay, but wrong! Communication by email is difficult because it rarely goes beyond three words on the part of the retailer. In phone calls you show yourself understanding, but promises and agreements are not kept.
The credit for the difference to the incorrect delivery had to be "sued" via PayPal conflict resolution.

Absolute disaster. Absolutely unreliable. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Do not respond to any kind of contact attempt. Super long ware times! Never again
The other reviews say it all, a tragedy. Goods are sent by the sub-supplier, who forgets half of it and then "takes care" of it. Never heard of again. I'm curious which uprising I have to make now to get my money back.
