Really impolite, rude, and not willing to help. I have been there more than once, and every time the owner seems lazy and more interested in correcting my German than in actually doing something. I'd rather give my money to other people.

Unhelpful and generally rude. Try rad & tour.

Unfriendly and aloof guy! Will not go there a second time and would not recommend it to anyone!

Usually you call a bike shop and can make an appointment. Here you call and are rudely rejected. No idea what that is, apparently someone does not want to make any money here. We are now changing our bicycle dealer.

Expert, but always very tense lately. You could also say unfriendly.
