everything may have been right - currently very bad service. Nobody answers the phone anymore. You are always running after requests. I now had to go there 3 times for the same thing, although everything was discussed.

Will never enter this shop again !!! Leased a bike there, but not all parts got as ordered. We were given a credit without any amount, which constantly varied in price. Were there 4 times to clarify this, called several times and unfortunately we were only helped when my husband made an uprising in front of several customers in the running business. Very sad and not customer oriented !!!
