Buy maybe. Service no thanks! you get ripped off quickly if you don't have the technical understanding. Whole assemblies are swapped senselessly and the customer is told technical nonsense

Internet presence: We repair bicycles of all kinds. Ah yes..... When my husband was there for repairs on his e-bike, it came immediately: The bike is a * cheap brand *, (I actually didn't find it that cheap) We don't fix something like that here. 1. The store seems to be going so well that you can choose your customers and 2. It wouldn't even have been a repair, but replacing a casing on the rear wheel. Thank goodness there are dealers who still rely on customer service and customer satisfaction.

Big bright shop with a wide range of bikes and accessories from many popular brands. If I were to write a recession here just for buying a new bike, the hobbyist would have earned a straight 5 stars. If you are now wondering why there are only three stars in the overall grade, then here are my reasons: I was promised twice to contact me by phone about a very special problem. That didn't happen. I asked again on site - you didn't even know what it was about. Then we wanted to buy a new helmet. The employee "joined" us and looked just as perplexed at the large number of bicycle helmets as we did - when I looked at him puzzled as to when he wanted to start the consultation, he just said he didn't know what helmets were and was looking for it a colleague who should help us. The called employee advised on the topic. We ordered a helmet - because the right color was not in stock. I specifically asked to call us when the helmet arrived - that didn't work either! When I asked in the store after 10 days, an employee informed me that the helmet we had ordered had not been delivered - at least one employee checked the information and found that the order had already been placed incorrectly - the helmet had been delivered and was already on sale - and was not put aside for us - lucky. Finally, I would like to give one more TIP: It is extremely unfriendly when the employees let themselves be pulled out of conversations with their customers in order to give other customers information. CONCLUSION: served for now!

Very good advice and the questions asked were answered / explained superbly. My wishes were also taken into account. I was also able to test the bike. So this was a very clear purchase decision for me. I can only recommend it. Price / performance was also right.
