Bremerhaven lighthouse

Unfortunately the lighthouse was not for discovery open.

Germany issued a 45 euro cent stamp on this Lighthouse on 12 Jul 2007. A First Day cover was also issued.

Landmarke

Bremerhaven lighthouse stands as Bremerhaven Oberfeuer (also called Simon Loschen Tower) at the new port. It is the oldest mainland lighthouse still in operation on the German Bight and is one of the landmarks of Bremerhaven. The building has been a listed building since 1984. You have to take a picture of this structure when you take a walk in the new harbor.
