They sent me an Ordinary package through the Post Office that they never delivered, at the Viladecans office they told me that on the date of delivery they had changed the agent, (no excuse) anyway they have never heard of the shipment again.nI know that being Ordinary it is probable that the bad faith of the one who delivers the shipment acts.nWho is the substitute for the postal agent in the month of August? I would like to ask you why you made up your delivery of the mail.nAnd if you liked what was inside.

Customer service is AWFUL. Both the phone number that they provide you in the email 902197197 and the one that appears in Google 93659170. On the pay phone, there is no way you can talk to someone, all the time it is with a voiceover, which does not understand the number of shipping you say. And the fixed office, you can die to be treated. When I just want to tell them not to try again the next day because I'm not going to be there and to leave it at the office. But no, why worry about making their work easier, if they are the ones who put obstacles on you ...

I think there is no post office worse than this, a queue of 50 people and it does not move forward. The best of all is that they do not burst into work, they go to look for the packages with all the calm in the world, if it is necessary to weigh the envelope or package 10 it is done. Then there is someone who goes to look for the package and it seems that it went to the origin.

Information on whether it is open or closed wrong !!!nIt is Saturday, the website says that it is closed on Saturdays, which are only open from Monday to Friday. I was surprised .. I called your phone and I got an answering machine saying that Viladecans Post Office was open from Monday to Friday. As I have doubted again because it sounded to me that they always open on Saturdays at least until noon ... I have come and it was open !!!! So the information on the web and over the phone is not true!
