It is not normal for there to be a 30 minute queue at any time of the day. Also now they close on Saturday mornings and only open from Monday to Friday (in the morning). And the people who work how we do? Do we have to lose an hour of work to pick up a package? Sure it is not the fault of the staff, who will be overwhelmed, but it is a shame in such a bad service.
