I put one because I cannot put less, I ask for a package that has a guaranteed date for a couple of days and has not arrived. According to the website and customer service it has been stranded there for 5 days. You call and you get a super unfriendly girl who says that the package is not there (I have not yet given the reference of the package) I tell her that she cannot know if it is there because she does not know what my package is, if you can please look. And he answers me this is not my problem, he calls customer service and hangs up. Unfortunately, here you do not get the locution of what can be improved because if the attention is always the same, they would lack hours to listen.

You can see that there is the black hole. From China, after customs, things arrive in a week and there they disappear. (Or maybe they are using them, right there). Anyway, A TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. If you can't do your job or not you like - leave it and put a lock on that ascendant souls.

I have called 10 times and nobody takes my phone. At the 6th call I was communicating, at 7 they pick me up and they automatically hang up, at the 8th again communicating ... Some rude and unpresentable. And all this because I work in mercabarna and they have sent me a message during working hours saying that they do not deliver a package to me because I was absent. Crazy all this.

It is a logistics center for the storage, classification and distribution of parcels and mail bags. Spacious and functional although many aspects can be improved. The Organization is not bad although it can be improved, and the distribution service the same. The staff is a mixture of everything ... Officials, permanent and contracted, the treatment of customer service without being defective can be improved. It has parking at the foot of the entrance Office to collect or send letters and packages is currently closed.
