Visited today wanting to send item to USA. Lady at booth 4 was amazing. Helped out and set it all up. Was great service and a credit to her team. Really impressed at this store!!

A member of staff at this office mis-transcribed a postal code on a package being sent within Spain on the 48-hour-delivery service. The package went astray. When alerted to the problem, senior staff made a botched attempt to fix things, after which they did not answer my inquiries and left it to me to make repeatedly phone calls to try to solve the problem myself. The package was delivered two weeks after being sent. Farcical neglect and clumsiness in handling a problem: rudeness in responding to a customer : best avoided.

So this is the most horrible Correos office I have ever been to. Went here to send two little parcels. One of them was packed in the well known blue boxes from Adidas Originals shoes. They would not accept it because the box stated “Adidas” and the logo. The guy behind the counter started packing my box without asking in a different Correos box and when I was about to leave he said I needed to pay €3,50 for the box. Come on. It was already in a box. They just want to get your money because no one wants to take a parcel back home. But I did. And covered the logo with some FREE paper. Will go here never again. What a horrible experience

After reading reviews I was nervous about what I would experience but it was nothing but perfect! Went in and waited less than 2 minutes for my turn and the postman was extremely professional and helpful! Shopping s box back to the USA took me less than ten minutes! Great job!

I have a porter in my building but the delivery person said that no one was home to pick it up so they took it directly to the office. I suspect they never even tried to take it to my building. Machine for queuing in the office was broken with no provision for organising people. Very poor service
