Good customer service from correos ✨
There is a screen that you need to select the operation that you want to do(receive, send, send money, ...) and the machine gaves you a number. Then you need to wait until your number appears on a screen. There are about six offices and this is very good. The lady who served me didn't know english. So, she was responding me in Spanish. But, we could communicate. She asked me if the letter is ordinary and I responsed NO (this is means that it was express) but she did not understand it and my letter sent in normal priority. Luckily, it arrived on time. Also, sometimes, I checked the track information and the system was saying that the specific item doesn't exist and it was something very disappointed. Also, I think that the cost for an international ordinary letter is expensive.
I went at midday on a Wednesday and didn’t have to wait long. Unfortunately they were unable to send my letter via urgent post but the man who served me was helpful and spoke English which was great for me.
