Because the people are very friendly and they make the waiting time very fast ...
I live 50 meters from this mail distribution center and they don't deliver the letters on time. Everything that goes by regular mail is stored and distributed when it suits them. There is no customer service, you can't talk to anyone. This is my first claim, but if the thing does not change I will continue with my complaints in all those places that I can.
