They do not bring the packages to your home and on top of that they say that they have tried and you were not at home.nYou pay to have it taken home and in the end you have to pick it up at the office. What do you pay for a service that you don't have?nDo they take us for fools?nSwelling them to complaints is what we had to do. For my part, they already have two.

Total disaster, until recently they took the packages for which you pay home delivery, now they tell you that you were not at home and they have not passed and you have to go look for it, horror of service. A shame because long ago they were the best, now the worst by far

They close at 2:30 p.m., I arrived at 2:27 p.m. (from their watch) because I don't have any more physical time to get from work to there. Surprise, the door locked, and the staff ignoring me from the back.nThat is wanting to close on time, in a very dirty way.nTomorrow I will push harder to arrive as soon as possible. I'm going to wait until I see that they come to close, and at that moment I will enter to give as a sack, for scoundrels.

Null service, if you live in Llac del Cigne urbanization or have a mailbox with them or do not receive anything, if you go to the office to ask if they have received something they tell you that they return them directly, better not bother to put your own mailbox because they do not pass bone what non-existent service forces you to take a mailbox if or if, if you ask them how to do with one they don't know how to tell you, nefarious, it doesn't seem normal.
