The treatment is good but always queues, on Saturdays when I can go, there may be about 8-10 people waiting. On the other hand, many times they fail the computer or the device to sign, so everything goes slower. If the postal strategy is to bore customers to use other parcel delivery companies they are getting it

If I am not there one day in the morning, the most logical thing is to try it in the afternoon or try to contact, more than anything because some of us have a bad habit of going to work. They leave a notice for office pickup, with hours from Monday to SATURDAY, nothing happens, after all it is a package. Saturday I go to the office and it turns out that from May 4 they do not open, but if I have a notice that yes ... This with a package, with notifications from the Administration they do not bother even on the second attempt at the time corresponding to the law that regulates it, without taking into account the times that they leave the notice and do not even call the phone. Terrible no, the following ... That I would like to know who carried my notice in his wallet or pants, because it is to see how they have left him, perfectly folded as when I go to pick up the packages and fold it to carry it in my pocket or portfolio.

The attention and the service of first. The problem is that we all want quick and for yesterday, and the archaic systems with which the service still works, slow down and generate anxiety for both the worker and the one who waits. I think a little more empathy could do us good. We know how to do very well the work of others, especially those who go during work hours to send a taco of envelopes and they tell their life to the woman, who out of prudence, you see that she is sweating. We are all very clever in this town.
