Closed on Saturdays. Incredible how badly the managers run this company. They are an essential service and can be open and do not take advantage of it, here is something strange !!! Who measures the profitability and quality of service in this company? We must use it strictly necessary! I put 1 star but it doesn't even deserve that

Lately the following notification has arrived in the mailbox at home (see photo).nThe packages that I went to find were neither extremely large nor heavy, so I imagine they leave this notification as a new company protocol ...nI understand that there is more shipping work in this time of COVID but it does NOT seem like the best solution.nnYou are going to pick up the package and queues of people in the office ... (okay, you try to go on schedule with little influx of public, crowds issue etc). But, ah, so: most of the time there are only two people at the counter (of which, only ONE attending). In general, customer service with a lack of verve and vocation.nnI read many similar comments about it ... I hope these comments are reviewed by those responsible.

You are going to withdraw money and they look for any excuse not to give it to you .. if you are going to send it there yes .. everything works great .. you want to send or receive a package they always pout you .. they yell at you so that everyone knows what you went for .. lousy service at this place. Although shipments are usually fast, fatal attention

For now, they have always given me good service (I go first thing in the morning). I work in Barcelona and I know how Jordi de Sant Jordi's office works, it is indeed a sinister office, with queues that almost go around the block ...
