They have always treated me well
This assessment is for the branch, it is not an assessment of the postal service in general. The attention received is usually very good, and the people who are attending are hard-working and very friendly. They do everything in their power with the tools at their disposal. I do not see that the fact that there is a branch serving all of Lakua is a reason for the complaints that are read here. There is a long waiting time, probably because no one comes down to buy the bread from the bakery anymore, they must order it through Amazon or eBay. No courier company is prepared for this situation and yet this branch does, as a whole, a commendable job. Good management of Covid-19 too.
Insulting about the post office in general and specifically this branch ... the delivery men are disasters and when I go to pick up the order from the branch (if they haven't lost it) I have to lose the whole morning.
Going to this post office is a real TORTURE. It really can't be improved ????? 15 minutes could be bearable but to this place, you have to go knowing that you are going to spend the morning. Of real shame.
The postal service is painful but they charge them well, I do not know how the companies send with them
